Extrusion Temperature:
The temperature at which the PVC resin and additives are melted and mixed in the extruder. This temperature affects the viscosity of the melt, which in turn influences film thickness, surface quality, and mechanical properties.

Screw Speed:
The rotational speed of the extruder screw determines the rate at which the PVC melt is conveyed through the extrusion barrel. Higher screw speeds can increase throughput but may affect melt homogeneity and shear stress on the polymer.

Die Design:

Some PVC shrink films undergo annealing after orientation to relieve internal stresses and further enhance dimensional stability and shrinkage properties. Annealing temperature and duration are critical parameters in this process.

Surface Treatment:
Surface treatments such as corona treatment or flame treatment may be applied to improve adhesion, printability, and surface tension uniformity for enhanced packaging performance.

These processing parameters are carefully controlled to achieve desired film properties such as thickness consistency, mechanical strength, optical clarity, shrinkage characteristics, and surface quality in PVC shrink film rolls.
