How Heat-Sealing Works with Cast PVC Shrink Film:
Film Placement:

Factors to Avoid Wrinkles or Uneven Shrinkage:
Heat Temperature and Time:
Too low a temperature may cause incomplete shrinkage or uneven shrinkage, while too high a temperature may result in burning or excessive shrinkage. The temperature must be controlled within the recommended range for cast PVC shrink film (usually between 120°C and 180°C).
The heat time should also be controlled; too much time in the heat zone can cause the film to shrink too much, leading to distortions or an unsightly finish.

If the object has sharp corners or edges, it may require extra care to prevent the film from bunching up or creating wrinkles.
